talabat: Food, grocery & more

Being the leading application for ordering requires consistency to keep the competitive advantage, which is unfortunately not happening. We still face delays, drivers who don’t know the directions, and mostly drivers who don’t speak english and it is frustrating. I got food poisoned from one of their restaurant and when i asked for a refund and i raised a complain their customer service team asked me to get a gastric lavage report from a doctor or a hospital as they don’t believe me and i might be faking this to get a refund even though this was my 22nd order and i never asked for a refund.

Imposible to use talabat credit or cash as confirmation sms or mail is not delivered

I have been charged 4 times yesterday for an order that did not go through, and until now I have not received a reversal and I cant reach to an agent! How am I gonna get my refund!

I am really disappointed since I am a repeated customer and today I ordered some food and they charged the money in my bank account but the order was never proceed. I will not order again.

اسواء تطبيق من ناحيه تسعير الاكل للمطاعم يزود ببعض الوجبات فرق عن المطعم زياده 15 درهم وبعض الاحيان اكثر غير عن رسوم التوصيل الزياده وكل طلبيه تختلف التسعيره . بدل ما تشتري من مطعم بتوتال 28 مع طلبات يوصلوها 48 .غير رسوم التوصيل الي تكون اكثر من انك تتصل بالمطعم وتتطلب ديلفري . Different prices from restaurants than in talabat app with 15 AED difference and sometimes 10 sometimes 20 sometimes 7 from different restaurants different prices of products . Beside the delivery fee which is higher than the restaurant delivery.

Lying customer service employees, I ordered food to eat before fasting they told me he is on his way, never arrived so I contacted them again, replied and said on his way; never arrived and told me he isn’t coming 10 minutes before fajr prayer ( Ramadan ). Customer service employee told me I will get a complimentary compensation; never got it. Sent an email to the company regarding my complaints; never replied. Simply disgraceful and very poor service Highly disrespectful. DONT RECOMMEND

Its comfortable to order by the but the delivery timing is wrong usually. Edit: The grocery service is scam. Dont do it

After more than 1 hour waiting for my order I contacted Talabat and asked about the delay. They told me that they would send a driver to deliver my order and after almost another hour waiting I realized that I was ignored and decided to cancel it. I’ll never order anything front Talabat ever.
