More Development Work Required
The application doesn’t respond whilst trying to pay bills and for us to benefit from the cash back. When we called the call centre today they said it’s a known issue and they don’t know when the resolve will be and asked us to send an email. Bothe my Wife and I are experiencing this issue. If you have DU home services you can’t pay that bill, the application only caters for DU mobile services, therefore the customer interface is misleading for this section. There are many gaps in the performance of the application, has the project team washed their hands after delivery? Disappointing experience from a company like Al Futtaim.
