Great service but your shipment fee is too expensive. You went from 17 euros to 24. Net-a-Porter is 10 euros!

Their website says “Enjoy 15%off download the app and use the code APP15, T& Cs apply”. So I downloaded the app and placed the order. But the code doesn’t work. Called the customer service and was told that this 15%off deal doesn’t apply to each and every order. This is misleading. My wife loves the product so I placed the order anyway.

I’m very happy with OUTNET , I ordered a couple pieces Maison margiela men’s coat fit perfect! and a Paul Smith shirt. I found the site easy to naviagate and order. I called a couple times to follow up with my order, always helpful and answered my questions about shipping as I paid extra to have it sent in 2 -3 days. It was mailed by UPS with signature that was fine. Very happy with my things, and look forward to shopping in the future. Cheers, Michael nyc

Makes no sense. Not ordering from then again!!

They’re scamming people out of money by taxing shipping costs! Unbelievable! I selected $25 next day shipping and the shipping totaled $27.19, so clearly they’re taxing it. Disgusting and greedy. Next time I’ll order from Cettire, their prices are cheaper and so is shipping!

This app is great, good designers stuff and good prices but the app isn’t working properly, please fix it!!

Only thing that could make it more perfect is to have ApplePay!

I am very sorry to write such a bad review, but while I have been a customer for quite some time, I will probably concentrate now on other website. The reason is that I should have gotten my package two days ago, but UPS kept postponing and postponing. It is now Friday night and I still have nothing. This was supposed to be a present and I am incredibly disappointed. UPS is incredibly unprofessional and I will think twice before ordering from outnet again.

This app is terrible. The item they sell is full of quality problems. When I purchased an item, the customer service can quickly identify my account and place the order, but when I called for the quality issue, it’s so hard for them to identify my email, locate my order number in the call, the mail to their CS email was returned, and the customer service couldn’t help at all. Don’t purchase any expensive items on this app, unless u already don’t want to return no matter what.
