The tracking system is very poor and the delivery takes longer time then in different similar service. They also have some problems with payment system: they always charge me second time instead of refund. Extremely dissatisfied with this service and can’t recommend it to anyone!

I can’t change the region in the app and call center not helpful at all!!!! All other apps (Net a Porte, Farfetch) work properly. Region changed automatically. But not this one. I deleted and installed it several times, I created other account, but it gives me the same bug again and again. And call center is not helpful and not open to feedback, seems like you are not interested in improving your product at all. All the they said to me - use the website since it works. We are sad to hear your app does not work, but don’t really care - go to website and shop there. Unacceptable!

Made my very first order during Black Friday Sale. Usual delivery takes 3-6 working days, but I’ve got my order after 12 days. Customer service was available and easy to reach. Apparently my items stuck at UAE customs. Packing was very nice. Some cloth which didn’t fit me easily was returned by currier for free. And I’ve got my money refund at the end of the week. Also call center was very helpful. Thank you. Very satisfied!
