Website and app are perfect but the problem is there’s no shipping option just express delivery and for me its 30 euro and it’s with dhl which is the worse shipping service in my opinion

I’m a customer for few years. The first time I had a problem with a purchase - no help was given. I sent emails, talked several times with cs representatives but no support what so ever. I’m so disappointed and frustrated - buying a high cost product online must come with customer experience service. This online store doesn’t give such support.

Shame

Love shopping and e-commerce up, but what is the use of the app if this company delivers such a terrible customer service experience. They cheat, steal money and order and never border to answer . Avoid using this platform for your online purchases

Ordered 2 Just Cavalli bags, both of which looked fake. Returned both of the products in accordance with the site return policy (did not use any of the bags, returned both of them packed in the original box, with the original labels, the DHL agent who checked both of the products upon their return, found both bags appropriate for return without any flaws and signed the delivery documents accordingly). Got refunded only for one bag!!! The other bag “was considered dirty”! Severe violation of the return policy. Absolutely no reason to use this site! Never again!
