Been shopping w Outnet almost 10yrs !!! and now no more free shipping with 300usd purchase ???? Ridiculous !!!! My friends and I will be buying less ever since free shipping was cancelled for us 💔💔💔💔💔💔💔💔💔💔💔💔💔💔💔💔

I made two purchase recently, second purchase failed after I type my bank info, later bank called someone in us try to use my card for 200usd gaming program , so immediately bank blocked the purchase. First purchase I send return because of size problem, then I realize the original payment bank card they supposed yo refund is no longer valid . So I contacted customer service immediately and they confirmed it will be returned to my store credit… Ofc after many days waiting it still refund to my original card which no longer valid. And OUTNET customer service being ridiculous ignore my complain just ask me to contact bank. Not sure how this issue will be solved , not sure if I can ever receive the refund because of their stupidly customer service just kick the ball around It’s not end of the world, but it shows how this customer service run their poor service with 0 solution & customer has to be responsible for the staff works for Outnet who doesn’t do their job … In the end , it’s all customer fault, thank you Outnet !

It’s just been impossible since the latest update. Frozen back button? Come on guys! Plus your copy style is different, I don’t get to choose the currency, etc. It’s just not the same user experience as before and it’s not better. What’s up?

Originally tried The Outnet during Covid & found the most beautiful dress for my son’s wedding! Easy returns too! I’m hooked!

Ordered 4 times in total. All got canceled. No reason was provided. Changed to a different account and no difference. Never was able to make an order. Completely waste of time.

Checkout page of the mobile app is broken making it impossible to check out. I even deleted the app and downloaded the latest version and it’s still broken. Page just flashes over and over - no way to check out.

Great service but your shipment fee is too expensive. You went from 17 euros to 24. Net-a-Porter is 10 euros!
