Think Bank - Think Online

App is not smart enough. Does not auto capture the image and need to get rid of the instruction. Too many clicks.

Just updated the app and now every time I open the app all the screen says is “completing app update”. It’s been saying this for over 24 hours making the app completely unusable.

Think Bank and its App are both reliable and easy to use! I recommend it to anyone looking.

The app will not update and whenever I try to do a transaction at a late time, it will deny everything. I’ve had this happen so many times. It is embarrassing that I have to keep on refreshing the app until I am able to try and pay again.

I appreciate how easy and convenient Think Online Banking is. And when I have a question, representatives are very helpful.

Mobile deposit is such a huge timesaver. So glad Think has this feature.

I mostly use the app for moving money (pay bills, transfer between accounts, deposit checks) - seems like the typical use cases. Every time you navigate away from the app and come back (even for a second) you have to sign back in. And every time you sign back in, the app painfully slowly refreshes everything. It would be fine if it signed me off after some configurable time, but immediately?? This becomes very difficult to use when paying bills because I switch between this app and email & other financial apps then come back to put in the information from the other sources. By the time this app goes through its paces when I come back to it, I’ve just about forgotten the details of what I had to navigate away for. Frustrating! I can use the browser and avoid this, but I really prefer an app - just not like this. Oh, and of course, there is no place in the app for feedback , so hopefully they’ll see it here.
