The Trip app will guide you through the booking and then.. Voila! The price is no longer valid and a new increased price will be offered. Not once or twice but EVERY time. I refuse to think it’s a coincidence 🤬

Vad händer om telefonen fungerar inte just den dag man ska resa? Batteriet är slut och laddare har man glömt på hotellet. Så skönt det var på gamla tiden när man kunde ha en RIKTIG BILJETT och man inte behövde oroa sig om telefonen skulle fungera eller ej.

One of these terrible companies that make your life miserable by being impossible, extracting extra fees and sending you through a nightmare of chatbots. Buy from the companies instead. Avoid this!

They says, tickets are sold oud in the last second. Then they give you more expensive price for the same trip again and again !

I recently travelled to Hong Kong and China. I started off using booking.com and after an awful experience with airport taxi pickup and the hostel I booked for my stay in Hong Kong I had to say goodbye to the app, awful. Trip.com has been very helpful. I’ve made all my hotel reservations, booked my train tickets, tourist attraction tickets and found good restaurants on here. I love it

I don’t know if I will say that I regret to booked here or what one thing is for sure that I felt disappointed. I did booked my flight to Prague and also my friend flight from Philippines to Prague and me from Sweden to Prague. I need to add my another last name and it’s hard to contact the costumer representative. I asked bout the bags they said I must contacted my airlines. And I am flying in Friday it’s disgusting the services.

The flight app did not give me the option of Add-in baggage! Assuming i d fly with 3kg instead.

Hi! Unfortunately I’ve used this app for booking a hotel at Phuket. It happened that there was a mistake in the add that I have found out at the hotel. I booked the room with a balcony and it was the reason to choose this hotel. In the hotel all the rooms with balconies were occupied and when I wanted to cancel the booking, I was supposed to pay a penalty. Paying a penalty for someone’s mistake sounds really insane. Besides, after waiting for 6 hours for the customer service support by waiting “just 1 hour” again and again, I’ve been told that they are closed for today and they would be able to help tomorrow after 10am! Don’t think we understand 24/7 customer support the same way. But what they did immediately-changed the pictures on my booking that looks differently from the print screen that I saved on my mob. So, they withdraw your money same time you do the booking and then if you didn’t get the service that you were promised you are offered to pay a penalty. Besides, very slow and unhelpful customer support that you have to chase. Definitely not recommended
