Approve endless number of requests only to get “We didn’t hear from you” on the app I’m trying to sign into. If my employer didn’t force me I wouldn’t ever use this app.

Can I get some help unlocking my accounts using this app please

Use this app at your own risk. I have lost access to app my 2FA… while installing the app on a new phone. It is a real pain in the neck to then regain access to some of the account. The reason is simply put this company screwed up. It erase all my 2FA account excepted one from the old phone , and On the new one they appears locked. I also had back password longer than 24 characters, for at the time I could choose that. Yet when I entered it said invalid. I got no recourse than to manually unlink all the 2FA and for some it is real chore. Never use this app. Trust me, get a simpler one for this cloud back up feature of them, literally ruined my day. Why did my password didn’t work ? 100% sure I had the right one. And why do you erase all my account from the old phone ? Now got work to do to recoup those accounts, especially with crypto app. This is a heartfelt annoyance for me now.

I have installed this app on my iPhone 15 so I can use it as a 2FA app only to get the prompt “The device does not meet the minimum integrity requirements”. WOW! Dear developers, do you expect the users to take this app seriously??????????????????????!!

Icons are huge but generic and text is only 4 characters long. I have no idea which account is which.

This latest update will be my last one. I lost access to my whole life because app was crashing every time i load the new updated versions. I don’t know what to do now.

The Widgets haven't been updated since the original version. Now iOS has disabled those archaic Widgets so I cannot get to my most used codes without opening the full app. Please let me pin my most used accounts so that I can see them from my widgets. As others have mentioned, we also need more icons. If companies don't want to opt into this, give us more generic options such as SF Symbols.
