They track user data with analytics tools. Not cool.

I have discovered the hard way that there is no export option with Authy, something every other 2fa app has. If you want 2fa codes from a platform Authy doesn’t support (like desktop where the app is now EOL) you need to generate new codes for all your accounts. I would give minus 5 stars if possible, worst app I’ve used all year.

26.2.0 just updated on all my devices and now app immediately crashes on all my devices. Have removed and reinstalled on each device and still does the same. Locked out of all accounts that use two factor now.

Looks terrible now, I came away from apps looking like this, looks like you will lose another user

Who signed off on the new UI? The logos and text don't even fit, looks nothing like the preview. The design wasn't broken, so you broke it.

I’ve been trying to use this app for Patient Access. I have been unable to reset my back up password and I thought that I was quite tech savvy. Grrr!

They changed their conditions to some I did not agree with and then refused to close my account.

Great app. Does exactly what it says it will do with no issues at all.

I’ve used Authy for years and the recent changes have totally ruined it. First off getting rid of the browser extension, then dropping the desktop app. I’m very disappointed, those were the features that set Authy apart from all other Authenticator apps. The only thing good about it that remains is the multi-device feature and grid-style view. They are the only things keeping me on Authy for the time being, however… Can we at least, please have back the ability to view our account tokens, they are OUR accounts and we should be able to import and export them as we please and I would like to have a backup of them.

The Mac version said it needed to update. Won't show my 2FA codes anymore even though the app opens so locked out of everying. Lost out on a deal which sold out while pissing about with this app. To top it off the update is now not compatible with a Macbook less than 2 years old, M2 Apple.
