I was sooooo close to buying a whole entire cart until I realised the currency was in USD. Nowhere does it mention that which is totally deceiving. Got to the part where my bank texts me for approval of the transaction to find out that the price was in a different currency. I figured that the currency conversion had already happened because it was an app and I had already stated I was sending to Australia…

I do like what you’re selling and I’d be buyer if when I change my location to Australia I can shop in my local currency. Not too hard a task really. Most online stores convert currencies when you change to a non USA location. Perhaps the app developers could take this on board and add a shop in my local currency feature. Until then I will only browse rather than buy.

No option for currencies other than USD, doesn’t tell you it won’t ship to your country until you get to checkout, don’t bother if you’re not in the US

NEW2APP code didn't work when you download. App easy to use although when finished purchasing items, no confirmation of order was on dashboard.

Definitely one of my favourite places to online shop :)))))

The app shows a lot of stuff that isn’t available for a discount or postage Not a fan of the confusion

The worst company I’ve encountered. Terrible customer service and constantly changing prices not to mention their app won’t even let me even log into my account
