This app is one of the best clothing and beauty apps ever! It’s for sure one of the best clothes store ever. This app has helped me find a lot of different styles i would’ve never been able to find.

I love the rewards program and the sales. My main problem with the app is there are too many “gently worn” Nuuly items listed. These items are ineligible for extra discounts and often arrive damaged. UO should consider a separate app for used clothing.
