Stuck
I’m using this camera and app since 6 months but now after every 3 days it got stuck n I have to reinstall app n then view

Nice
Easy to use but constantly asks you to purchase stuff
Use these cameras with a SIM card and back up the information. No use in buying the firmware unless you need it.
Worse with every update.
I’m not able to be notified if there’s even movement in the area anymore. You have to have your app open watching to make sure you catch anything. Pointless. BrookstoneSmart is better.

DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY !!!!!! I paid for a subscription and they won’t refund the remaining balance and just keep giving me the runaround.
