Easy and short yoga workouts!!
I enjoy these easy and short yoga workouts. The app has a great variety of yoga, and there is always something new to try! I started with classic yoga, then switched to chair yoga and now I’m doing somatic yoga. It is a bit too slow but I try to enjoy these gentle and calm movements and be more mindful and present in the moment.

I enjoy the variety of exercises, possibility to create a personalized workout.
Be attentive
I was not informed about automatical subscription when bought course for 1 month. So you should be attentive to avoid 38 euro per month instead 6 euro I paid for 1 month Also I didn’t like that they have different languages in menu, but the explanation of exercises only in English

I wanted to unsubscribe but it didn’t give me the option . The support wasn’t helpful at all and took to long to answer ( still waiting )
