Pilates Home Workout | Yoga-Go

I’m a beginner and the app hurt my back because there was no detailed explanation on how to perform the act. It’s very fast and to cope with it I hurt my back! On the same day the subscription was renewed I asked for a cancellation and a refund, it’s been days since I sent the email and I didn’t receive any reply to-date. Which means whoever owns this app doesn’t really care about the users they just care about collecting the money. Avoid this trap people!

I was baited by the interesting survey at the beginning that makes you feel that you’re going to have a complete customized experience, just to end with an immediate subscription page without any showcasing to their work. I read their refund policy and it’s non-sense and vague. It said as long as I cancel in the trial period I won’t be charged. There was no trial period in any of their packages!! I thought If I subscribed, checked out the application and canceled right away it would be obvious that I don’t want their unprofessional app. But no, they wrote they don’t deal with refunds and that I have to contact apple support. And apple support weasled out giving me a refund without stating a reason. What’s wrong with the application??? It’s so stretched out that they made a 30 minute yoga video into a month challenge. I do 30 minutes yoga per day not per month!! The short videos are confusing and I have to sit on my knees after every pose which doesn’t make sense. Why would I sit on my knees between two back positions!! And don’t get me started on the recipes!!! Although I filtered what I eat and don’t eat the recipes still came unfiltered with ingredients I would never even buy. The recipes interface is not special in anything, you can just google or Pinterest better recipes. I am so angry and I hope no one falls in that pit I fell in. Do not buy!

I have a bad experience. from 5 days am paid one month . first day I found workout 10 m . the second day no workout opened and have look in the workout . and I send tow mails to now what is the problem and didn’t received any answer

I like to change type if workout each day. It is fun and it keeps me consistent.

I was so excited to try this app and got even more motivated as I was going through the questions to get started. Then I got my heart broken when I got to the end of the setup only to discover that there is no free version. I didn’t even see an option to begin a free trial so I could at least try it out and see if it was something worth paying for later if/when I got more into it. Might cry myself to sleep and then look at other app options tomorrow. Very misleading. Ouch.
