started using this app 5 months ago and I can’t stop using it. During the 7 days free trial I learnt so much and it really helped me and kept me motivated to get fit and loose weight just like that I lost 11kg. I have never felt better I feel so light. I feel happy about my self and the app keeps checking on me how am feeling during the fast. I have referred Zero to so many of my friends. I really don’t know where I would be with this Zero. I know it’s sounds wired 😄 but this is the truth. To everyone else out there who is looking for a way to loose weight and feel good. This app will guide you all the way. Read about IF bcus you have too otherwise you would not know what’s happening to your body while your fasting.

Before this app I was used to do the fasting by manually tracking time, now it is great, and it is a great motivational factor where you can view your weekly progress 👍👍👍👍👍

There are no free options to use this app it says in app purchases but you have to purchase. I would prefer to use a free version of an app like this for a few months and then would switch to subscription like how my fitness does.
