I just done first lesson and it was very impressive, ful and delight experience. Wait for more
Charged money for cancelled subscription
I’ve installed Ahead app to try it and then cancelled my subscription within the 5 days trial period in Apple settings/subscriptions. So in setting this subscription is mentioned as inactive. Though Ahead app still charged me for a yearly subscription 79.99 USD. I sent an email to the only contact mentioned on the website and didn’t get any respond from them.
Bugs
I’ve started procrastination course, but when I switched to anxiety all lessons were marked as completed
Complicated to cancel membership
App seemed intuitive but I never got hooked early. Tried to cancel and you have to find some email - request a login to Stripe - wait for it to arrive - then login to cancel. Not an ok experience in 2024, reminds you of the old days when companies made it hard for you to cancel subscriptions.

Amazingly perceptive
I was really surprised to see myself coming to life on these pages! I read a description of my tendencies (artist/juggler) set out in a positive light and then did some mini tutos to get the tools to overcome the triggers that lead me to procrastinate. Awesome! Understanding my type is a breakthrough for me. Thanks for reminding me to forgive my tendencies and for providing cool lessons to rewire my habits 👍

Not like Duolingo, which can be extensively used for free for as long as needed. Here, you only get 7 days for free and then you must pay. The subscription-only era has to stop. Uninstalled. Too bad, because the app seems fun to use.
