I just done first lesson and it was very impressive, ful and delight experience. Wait for more
Charged money for cancelled subscription
I’ve installed Ahead app to try it and then cancelled my subscription within the 5 days trial period in Apple settings/subscriptions. So in setting this subscription is mentioned as inactive. Though Ahead app still charged me for a yearly subscription 79.99 USD. I sent an email to the only contact mentioned on the website and didn’t get any respond from them.
Bugs
I’ve started procrastination course, but when I switched to anxiety all lessons were marked as completed
Not happy
Only wanted to trial this app but ended up being charged $149 with no notice! Not happy at all! 😞
Love
I’m a week in and I love it. I already feel improvement in my thinking. Have just brought year subscription, can’t wait to see where it takes me!
Making waves
This truly is a valuable app. I was skeptical at first as there are so many apps that claim to be what this one is. However Ahead actually is like Duolingo for your brain and is helpful, I feel like it is truly a more cost effective way to put yourself through therapy.

Apps says $19.99/month as a option, I’ve looked at the reviews is it possible for a $9.99/month. Is it in NZD or USD?
I’ve been charged despite cancellation
I’ve cancelled my 7-day trial within reasonable time. However, I was charged $149.99, which I can’t afford now. It’s taken money from my bank account that I have saved to pay my bills!!!! And now I can’t find anywhere in the app to claim it. It’s been really stressful - which is completely contradictory to what a wellbeing app is supposed to make you experience!!!
Great app!
I am a new Mum and my emotions have taken over since having my baby. I love how user friendly this app is and that I can use it while I’m breastfeeding! It’s helpful, informative and interactive. Highly recommend ☺️
