Ahead: Emotions Coach

I just done first lesson and it was very impressive, ful and delight experience. Wait for more

I’ve installed Ahead app to try it and then cancelled my subscription within the 5 days trial period in Apple settings/subscriptions. So in setting this subscription is mentioned as inactive. Though Ahead app still charged me for a yearly subscription 79.99 USD. I sent an email to the only contact mentioned on the website and didn’t get any respond from them.

Ahead helps me mentally prepare myself for day to day tasks. It gives me a good perspective on what I need to take care of and how I should approach my day. I’ve had ahead for about a month now, and I’m extremely happy with the results.

This is an awesome app with awesome techniques. Loving it!

I am constantly trying to find a system that will keep me organized. I have at least two other apps similar to Ahead but it’s really like Duolingo. My dog and I have French lessons every day and it’s fun. This app’s activities are similar to my lessons. I think that I’m going to keep it after the free trial is over. Thank you Ahead for helping me tackle what I need to in life. ✌️

While the app itself is good in its usage, the developers are showing little care when issues like this are presented to them. Refusing to refund a charge, especially when the funds are needed for essential purposes like my college education—which I am personally paying for—demonstrates a lack of ethical consideration. If the app is meant to support mental and emotional health, denying a refund in such a situation contradicts the values they claim to uphold. This lack of empathy and responsiveness highlights a focus on profit over genuinely helping users, undermining the app’s purpose and integrity.

I've struggled with anxiety my entire life, and have been in therapy for the past 12 years. There's not much I thought I could learn through an app like this, but after giving it a try, I'm pleasantly surprised by its insights and the simple but powerful ways it presents anxiety and ways to overcome it. I'm looking forward to seeing the changes I can make based on Ahead's research-backed advice and techniques! This is giving me hope - it's comforting to know I can turn to this between therapy sessions or in moments when I can't (or don't want to) talk to a friend.

I was surprised at how well done this app is. I have a masters in psychology and didn’t have high expectations because most apps like these are just generic. But this app personalizes to your specific issue within yourself you want to address, multiple of them at that. I love this app and am going to be recommending to all my friends!
