I’ve installed Ahead app to try it and then cancelled my subscription within the 5 days trial period in Apple settings/subscriptions. So in setting this subscription is mentioned as inactive. Though Ahead app still charged me for a yearly subscription 79.99 USD. I sent an email to the only contact mentioned on the website and didn’t get any respond from them.
I’ve started procrastination course, but when I switched to anxiety all lessons were marked as completed

This app helped me a lot in just 7 days (free trial), i decided to pay for a full year. Im autistic so i have issues handling my emotions, i’m glad that there are hundreds of techniques to handle my emotions because not every technique that work on neurotypicals work on neurodivergent people. Edit: paid version includes a lot more lessons per journey, definitely worth it! I feel more progress regarding emotional intelligence in therapy and i love how easy it is to remember to practice what i’ve learned. I also try to write out every day what i learned so its easier to retain.
Please add more languages, Spanish would be an advantage for the tool

Alright, so i have been using this app for quite a long time, and sure, i love it, and it helps me a lot. However, i also think that the app only prioritizes the “anger” emotion. The exercises only focus on the anger management, and sometimes, that’s not what i’m looking for. For example, when i want to rate my anxiety attack, the questions keep repeating how much anger i felt or how much anger i could control. Anger is not the ONLY emotion that causes those attacks. So, my request here is: try adding the variety of emotions someone could feel during an anxiety episode. Thank you. 🙏☺️.
