Hey team, 1) why do I receive calls when I’m logged out?! How can it be possible??? I have restarted the app several times and made sure it’s not logged in…but still. It’s receiving calls for a few seconds and then turns off. That’s nonsense.
2) how could this app use sounds when I physically turned off the sounds?! How?!!! I need to wake up early in the morning and this app just awakes me at 1 AM. And I’m out of the system.
Well, okay, I need to reinstall the app…again.
I WISH I COULD REMOVE IT FROM MY PHONE, but my firm uses this piece of defective code.

Minor bug-fix - major disappointment
Dropping the support for a bunch of devices in a minor release is extremely unexpected, especially since they are still supported by Apple and run on iOS 9

Lag Issue
Every call I answer has lag problem.
Used for work
Been using Aircall for work for over the years now.
Keypad
Keypad while on call cannot be opened/ clicked to opt for an extension line using my iPad.
Lag issue
The call is breaking up after the updates :( the person in the other line can barely hear me because it is cutting in and out.
Latency
I have aircall in my mac and iphone. I have noticed there is a latency of the alerts between 2 devices. I have already answered in the mac while it is still ringing in the iphone.
I use this for work. One issue.
When I utilize the app with Bluetooth headphones, I have to repair my headphones after every one or two calls. It’s really annoying and affects my work flow. I only use my Bluetooth’s when I forget my wire headset at home. Any chance on fixing this issue? Everything else is good.
