Pls fix asap.

Aircall is an easy to use system. I find the best functionality is how the notes system links directly into my CRM and makes recording information easy.

Makes my life so much easier

Easy to use app, good functionality and meets all of our business requirements. Very handy that you can have this logged in on both your desktop and your mobile phone.

The majority of the times it’s just slow and takes ages to load, constantly crashes and relaunches if it hasn’t been used in a few minutes, quality of connection is often poor, names sometimes don’t appear even if the contact is saved, answer function often doesn’t work, I get a notification confirming a text received and texts nowhere to be found when checking. Overall, just very frustrating to use unfortunately.

The app is really really bad with notifications. You can’t get any notifications for missed calls. And after you open the app you have to wait 20 seconds jus to refresh a single table. Then another tabs just to refresh to see if you had any missed call. Unbelievable that this is company is worth millions and you can’t even do basic improvements on the app.

I can use this wherever I am in the globe !

We switched from 3CX, big mistake. There is a ten second delay for calls to connect. SMS arrive minutes or sometimes even hours after being sent. Aircall support tells us that their system requires a wired set up via Ethernet and doesn’t play well with Bluetooth headphones. What year is this? If only Aircall Sales had of told us this before signing up. Poor quality and support. Avoid.

When trying to call out we get non-stop “this number is currently unreachable”. When we receive calls, the delay and skipping in the audio makes it a terrible experience. We end up just dropping it and calling from our regular phone service. A long way to go on making calls. For now we use it to funnel calls to voice mail.

Following is a paid review: Aircall is perfect for our business needs - with the new update to be able to message, it frees up our sales team to quickly respond to messages that come through all while setting business hours to not be disturbed after work! The app is easy, reliable and very quick at getting information. Thanks for making a fantastic product!
