I really love this app, because of very good every-day routines of wall Pilates and also there is a possibility to try also some different other kind of workouts- I usually do some face yoga and this is just great. Love it!! ❤️
Good set of different exercises, I found my way to do sport comfortably at home. Thanks!
Payed twice for plans and didn't get anything off this money
After the trial period, you will have to confirm the cancellation of the subscription several times when canceling the subscription . If you do not do this 5-6-7 times and do not receive a corresponding email, then the money will still be taken from the account and they do not care that it was an unsolicited purchase and the money will not be refunded, they do not care.
I signed up for a trial period through IG and I couldn’t cancel for 3 months, my money was deducted because it seemed deliberate to make it difficult for customers to find the unsubscribe button. I was required to pay for an extra month in order to be able to cancel. I found this weird and it took the joy out of the trial period.
The App withdraw money without my permisson and after many month later when it was deleted. I downloaded the App just to see what is it and as i did not intended to use i have deleted it. Dont even download it!
It’s impossible to cancel the subscription, please help.
I don’t reccomend. App shows you ,,sale” price but when you buy, it just takes 2x money from your bank account. When you write to the customer service - they just say ,, i will send your question to the ,,Billing team” and thats it - they see your question, but doesnt answer to them and ignoring. Simple - crooks and thieves.
App just logges you out and will not let you recover your password. No help from customer support. I paid 2 months and did not get access to app !
Hidden fees, bad support, didnt accutly realy hell much. Avoid at all cost!
