Not good experience
Although the exercises were really good, the service is not clear at all when it comes to payments. I subscribed for a “28 days challenge” and I liked it. But 5 or 6 days before I completed the challenge I was charged again with almost the double of the amount that I first paid, I am not even sure exactly for what! I cancelled the subscription right away, I hate surprises! A pity as I liked the exercises… I will try another app that uses of more transparency.

j'ai payé pour un essai et au bout d'une semaine je voyais que les exercices étaient toujours les mêmes et que leur plan nutritionnel ne changeait pas, et c'était à moi de mettre tous les repas dedans, alors que ils vous vendent un soit disant plan nutritionnel plus des exercices évolutifs..! Ce n'est pas du tout le cas! J'ai donc résilié mon contrat dans l'application et surprise à la fin du mois ils m'ont débité 79€99 + 39€99 d'adhésion sur ma carte et Appel n'a rien pu faire car le paiement ne passe pas par eux!! Pour moi cette appli est une arnaque !! Ne vous faites pas avoir! J'ai essayé de leurs écrire sans succès ! Bien sûr je n'avais pas lu leur " politique " 😏 Jamais vu un truc pareil ! J'ai même du faire bloquer ma carte de crédit car pas moyen d'arrêter les débits selon l'organisme financier de ma carte de crédit !!
First attempt
Signed up and paid for a 12 week deal but still only got the standard 4 week on my profile so not sure what’s going on there. No warnings about what you’re doing from one exercise to the next eg need a chair, lying down etc. Instructions how to perform moves are not very clear and if you pause the video to see the posture it blacks out. Let’s see…

Bonjour j’ai pris l’application pour pilâtes au mur . Et là je vient de voir mes relevé bancaire e ma surprise j’ai été débité de 19,99, plus 29,99 plus 33,42 que me fait un total de 83,40€ comment c’est possible ??? Vue que j’ai juste pris le pilâtes ?

One exercice the mat has to be horizontally one the next one it’s reverse… and there ix no time in between to change it!! So that you spend your time going back and forth through the app instead of concentrating on the exercise

Attention !!! J’ai choisi le plan d’une semaine à 6€ et on m’a facturé 6€ + 29€ la même semaine plus 33€ la semaine d’après ! L’ARNAQUE TOTALE!!

Application bien; mais j aurais préféré avoir les instructions en français
Waste of money
Basic app with very basic things like writing down your weight and 20 times the same workout video just with different thumbnails. You can find better free alternatives
Bon début
Je commence l’entraînement et les exercices sont bien adaptés. Je regrette juste de devoir alterner exercice à terre et exercice debout, je trouve que je perds beaucoup de temps et loupé les secondes de préparation, je préférerais faire touts les exercices au sol à la suite l’un de l’autre.
