Capsule Pharmacy

I’ve been looking for a more reliable pharmacy and ran across this service. I moved my medications over and they were unable to fill any of my prescriptions. The issue that I ran into with the app is that I kept receiving notifications from the app that I have received a message. When I check the app, no message are shown in the chat. I had to log in to the website to view the messages. Not sure what the issue is.

Capsule seemed to have a great concept-free ( or almost free) delivery. But they don’t execute. Unbeknownst to me, and for no particular reason, they made 2 accounts for me which caused constant confusion and delays, .i.e. asking me to give them all of my data each time I wanted to fill a prescription. Customer service on texts starts inquiries but forgets which script they are refilling, drops the inquiry until you repeatedly ask, tells you to call the dr yourself. When capsule first started a phone w a human could help expedite things but now the act like robots - where’s the “love” they reference when someone is in severe pain and waits for days to receive pain killers that could have been filled instantly by walking into a pharmacy?

I rarely write reviews, but have to share how awesome Capsule is. They’ve really got a better model for pharmacy, which includes good stock levels and delivery times. The customer service is excellent and they have helped me with a number of tricky things, including early refills due to travel did I mention you don’t have to go to the drugstore? The only thing it’s missing is the ability to get something very quickly or same day if it’s urgent. For everything else, this is the only pharmacy I will consider using going forward.

The delivery drivers are obviously not there for the right reasons. We give great instructions but they won’t follow. Just ring the doorbell or call us. Now our family has no medicine for 12 hours plus

only tell you things have been rejected on the day that you expect to get your refill and you have no time to do anything about it before you run out of meds. happens extremely frequently and they always talk to me like it’s my fault

Have been having issues with my pharmacy getting my meds for so long. Capsule made it so EASY!!! I rarely leave reviews but this really is the best and I had to leave a comment

App automatically adds tip without permission and no way to opt out. I don’t tip my pharmacist or my doctor. This is ludicrous

As title. They secretly increase the price. Now, the hidden cost makes the free delivery a scam!

Expect terrible service and a delay in getting your medication

Capsule is amazing! The pharmacists are very responsive and you can text or message through the app which makes it SO easy. I’m a type 1 Diabetic so I have multiple insulins and some other meds and they deliver perfectly every time. It’s fast and amazing. I would HIGHLY recommend this app. If there are ever any coupons or discounts they can add on top of insurance, they will let you know. They actively try to save you money. Love Capsule!
