This is the best app, user friendly, test results, appointments, Communicating with doctors. Great, love it

It explains everything that you need as exams, results and easily you can have an appointment and great communication with the doctors or nurses

This app is poorly set up. Trying to schedule an appointment ONLY gives the option of a “new doctor & new coverage” cannot simply schedule my physician of 20 + years. Messages are expected to take 2- 5 business days for a reply?! Attempting to go thru “My Chart” brought me to this same App & when trying to make an appointment, would not let me move past entering information regarding my PREGNANCY. I am a senior MALE. Neither attempt w/app would let me move beyond “new doctor” or pregnancy info. Needless to say, we may be looking for better & much more personalized attention.

I really like the app because it allows me to see my results from labs and procedures. It also allows me to communicate with my healthcare providers (although some of them ignore messages, which is frustrating). Overall, I’m a fan of the application.

The app should allow you to connect virtually with you pcp instead of start the process with a new doctor

I’m trying to view a prescription for an ultrasound. The site just doesn’t work. Very frustrating.

The APP is very informative and is is kept up to date. The posting of information is done quickly too.

If you can't wait to have your call answered, schedule your mammogram on the new mt sinai app. AS IF. Thankfully your doctors are better than your app designers. Answer your phones or tell us exactly how to use your app to schedule mammograms.
