No Way to switch to English
There is no settings in The app to switch The linguagem to English. Only German available
Horrible Company
I paid for the D-Ticket for both September and October and only got the September ticket. I tried calling to the support more than twice and the employee are dumb and can’t help me, giving different excuses in each call. Now I’ll have to pay twice for the tickets. I do not recommend using this app. If you search in the internet you can also see that this problem is happening to others too.
The app doesn’t work for me
I’m currently in Brazil and planning to go to Germany in the next weeks. I downloaded this app in order to use it there, but I just can’t make the login. I tried in different phones and I had the same problem.
Can’t recover my password
I never get the email with the steps to recover my password, which I forgot.
wo ist der Wallet-Download?
früher war es möglich die Tickets in dem Wallet-App herunterzuladen. warum ist es nicht mehr da?!
Péssimo
Super fácil para comprar passagens de trem, porém não explicam que o aplicativo serve somente para comprar passagem para o próprio usuário, não podendo ser comprada para outras pessoas. E o aplicativo permite comprar passagem para o mesmo dia e hora mas para destinos diferentes.
App not showing bus connections
The app was working fine before, but as of this week, it hasn't been showing any bus connections. Please fix this as soon as possible.

31.12.2024 Funktioniert absolut gar nichts mehr in der App!
Ich kann keine Bus Verbindungen anschauen ich weiß nicht was da passiert ist. Allein schon das immer die Züge und Busse zu spät kommt ist eine Sache aber das jetzt die App nicht funktioniert sowas ist echt nicht akzeptabel. Ich hoffe dran wird schon gearbeitet! Vor 2025 lief die App einwandfrei war einer meiner Lieblings App jetzt regt sich mich einfach nur noch auf.
