Not work
Please i make update iphone app and now it’s not working! Please help
Horrible experience
I'm in a rush to get the train to the airport. Google maps suggests getting a ticket from the website. While everything is going normally on the website and without any reason the website hits a deadend and asks me to install the app. Logging in the wifi. downloading the app. While using the app it cannot find any of the names of the airport or the main train station with their English names. Eventually finding them and app pops up a window putting me BACK in the BROWSER. BROWSER asks me to make an account and register. Registration doesn't like my password, page deletes all fields with no errors or warnings. BROWSER does not remember my card details and apple pay is not an option. I type my card details and get the ticket. What a WASTE of time!
This app is to not reach your destination unless at least 30 minutes late.
It is like devil designed it to torture people who want to go someplace on time. Serious delays, had me walking 10 minutes away while there was another station right next to me. Waste of time. Good luck!
Fix the app!!
Withdraws the money from the credit card and shows a message that “an error has occurred”. And no ticket appears in “My tickets”. This has happened 3 times already. This is no minor bug! Fix the app or take it down from the App Store.
App is not accepting login
The App was crashing constantly, either after the last update, or after the iOS update - I can’t say for sure. I reinstalled the App and now it is not allowing me to login.

Very useful for someone, who either lives in Germany or just travels a lot! Simple, fast, updated & free: just like such an app should be! (I only wish we had trains in my country).
31.12.2024 Funktioniert absolut gar nichts mehr in der App!
Ich kann keine Bus Verbindungen anschauen ich weiß nicht was da passiert ist. Allein schon das immer die Züge und Busse zu spät kommt ist eine Sache aber das jetzt die App nicht funktioniert sowas ist echt nicht akzeptabel. Ich hoffe dran wird schon gearbeitet! Vor 2025 lief die App einwandfrei war einer meiner Lieblings App jetzt regt sich mich einfach nur noch auf.
