6 letter surname minimum
Security question ”Mothers maiden name” and the name needs at least 6 letters...really? Ever heard of names like Seiz or Beck? Also I m asked to provide a home address for the account but I can't seem to set it within the app. Who thought of this stuff?
Unstable
The app crashes but real annoying is if you forget your password there seems no way to retrieve it so all your data is unaccessible

User experience for tourist
The app is very helpful for tourist including mobile ticket, booking and itinerary functions. One thing to improve is to provide Eng translation for the ticket details under the QR code of your mobile ticket.
Crashed immediately
The app crashes immediately after upgrading to the latest version

Still crash while starting the app with iPhone 6+ iOS 8.3. Pls fix it!!
Good for train schedule, useless everything else
Very informative about the train schedule and route. Though the added customer function is useless... Could never login properly. Could never search your ticket order.

如果未用過SBB 同OBB 可能會覺得DB 呢個apps 唔錯，但係用過其餘兩個火車apps 後就發現DB app 非常不可靠，候車月台錯，班次時間錯，呢兩樣已經夠死十次，同其他兩個火車apps 比 DB 介面不清晰，指引不足，夠佢死多幾次，有次要我出去轉巴士指左我去相反方向，好彩睇得快唔係就去左邊都唔知！簡直離譜！
Wrong timetable pls fix ASAP!!
The app has good design and can even locate yourself, but the most important information - timetable of trains is entirely wrong for s bahn!!! I followed the time schedule in the app and wait 10 mins on the platform these few days... I suspect there is a 10 min offset from the real timetable and the one inside this app
