Dachte man könnte mit dieser App ein Ticket buchen, Fehlanzeige. Nachdem ich alle meine Daten eingegeben habe, wird meine Emailadresse nicht akzeptiert. Also früher aufstehen und am Automaten buchen. Sowas ist mir bei Banking Apps noch nie passiert. Die deutsche Bahn 😂

Verification fails, payment fails and you lose all your data. A horrible app.

Impossible to pass verification. Application shuts down at the step of verification by face. Total shame. Developers should be ashamed of their “work”

Há pouco tempo, adquiri o iPhone 15 pro, não sei se tem a ver com a versão (o que não faz sentido porque aqui diz ser compatível) mas já não consigo aceder ao meu bilhete mensal ou mesmo a App depois de ter ido a loja e dizerem que devia reinstalar a App. Agora não tenho como apresentar o passe nem como abrir a App para comprovar a compra do mesmo…

When searching for a ticket the date sometimes resets to some random date, so you might end up buying a ticket for the future if you’re not careful And it’s Deutsche Bahn, so if you make a mistake the way of contacting them is hidden somewhere in the site and when you do find a form to submit they’ll take weeks to months to reply (maybe you should send a fax to be faster) They’re busy running trains on time, no time for that modern non-sense of treating people like people ;-)

This app hasn’t allowed me to reserve seats. So I’ve had to stand during 4 horrific hours.

Crashing always, very strange for such a big company not being able to build a normal app

Unusable because of always crashing in a standard iPhone 6S! Will be glad to change my review if this problem is solved. Potential to be extremely useful.

The previous version was really good! I used to recommend it to people. Now it fails in a critical point, it tells you the traveling time but hides the walking time. Meaning you ask from A to B, and they tell you from somewhere else to B. You need to be extra careful with this version. Can I have the old one back?
