My account got suspended for no reason I done nothing to get it suspended and I’ve emailed them 2/3 times and got nothing back from them

I am a member over a month but still can’t boost any items?

Depop has lost its sparkle. After nearly 6 years as a seller and buyer, I’ve seen the platform decline. The fees are far too high, making it hard to profit without inflating prices. I recently joined Vinted and sold more in days than I would in months on Depop. The visibility and postage system on Vinted are excellent, and while payments take longer, keeping 100% of my sales is worth it. Depop’s marketplace fee adjustment for the UK (but not Ireland?) feels questionable. I’ve told my friends to ditch Depop for Vinted—it’s simply better

Best vintage online market around, everything is legit and people is nice to speak to. Been selling a few bits myself and the platform makes the all thing so easy to do. Brilliant

Honestly I love this app so much I love using it to sell things but I’ve had to make numerous new accounts as I get logged out and try ever password I can and can’t get back into my account I think they should fix it because my friends also get logged out a lot

I can’t see my offers anymore when I go into inbox all I can see are my messages to people? What’s up with that? How can I accept or counter and offer if I can’t see them?

This app over the past 8months has been a nightmare constantly banning me, signing me out or just not letting me in driving me crazy sick of it now

I’ve just opened the app after it updated it and went into messages and found that the separate tabs of your PM, your seller offer and buyer offers are all gone and it’s merged into one. Whereby essentially if someone makes you an offer, it instantly creates a PM. Except I can’t see what item there just made an offer for. Plus where are my seller and buyer offer tabs? Bring back the previous version. HATE THE NEW LAYOUT WHEN IT COMES TO MESSAGING AND OFFERS. all combined into one. Can I go back to old version?

I’ve had a pretty good run with this app & sold many items easily with a small deduction fee to Depop. No problem there. Just recently (the past 3 weeks) I have lost out on 3 sales because I couldn’t accept offers made on my items. I made contact via the app for help/support with technical assistance, each time I received a generic email to say they were looking in to the problem but no assistance or explanation as to why I’m having this problem. This week I have a new problem, I have chosen YES to international shipping in my profile however unable to offer international shipping in my listings. Very frustrating. I have the most recent update of the app. I’m beginning to look elsewhere for alternative selling platforms. Depop please address these tech hiccups you have a great app otherwise….P
