Det otroligt en stor risk för att köpa i appen eftersom köparskyddet gäller bara i united Kingdom eller unatied states o inte svergie sol jag vill köpa ifrån. Vad ska jag göra? Gäller ens köparskyddet i svergie då eller inte? Appen är helt krånglig

Vissa skickar inte paket enda bort till mig som bor i Sverige det är lite synd🥰 annars finns det jätte snygga kläder 😘

This is the worst customer service support I have ever experienced. First and foremost it’s impossible to find an email. Impossible to find a number. Impossible to get in contact with them whatsoever. And when you finally get in contact with them after hours of searching, they answer fast yes but they don’t freaking understand a simple question in English. Or they are avoiding to answer on purpose. I asked the same damn question for several weeks before getting a response that actually understood the question. They made me pay import/VAT when I bought through the app. And when I received the item in my country the wanted me to pay import/VAT again. I asked Depop why I had to pay for it twice? And it took more than two weeks, several different people before I got someone from support who understood what I asked. And then they threatens me for asking if they are avoiding it on purpose or if they couldn’t understand what the question was. 0/10

Cannot understate enough how much Depop sucks. First I purchase a pair of jeans for 80 dollars and I do not receive them. When I try going in to the app I can’t get in saying they “haven’t seen me in a while” and I must “reset password for safety reasons” however this seems bizarre to me given that I just a few weeks earlier had made a purchase and had been active on the app. Despite this I change the password, however I’m still receiving the same message that I must change password. Now I can’t get into my account, 80 dollars down the drain and no customer service to contact. Absolutely horrible and please watch out for this app. Do not use, it’s not good. Lots of second hand online places you can buy from. Don’t ever buy from Depop NEVER

This app keeps prompting me to see a password reset email to my email that never arrives because I already have the email registered. I try to login with my Apple ID but can’t reset it in the settings. The app also has my number but password reset isn’t possible using my number somehow. 2/10 would not download again.

I love it it’s so good to spend some money on nice clothes that things you can’t find but people want to sell

Appen är alldeles för laggig och har behövt avinstallera appen flertalet gånger för det står att jag inte har någon internetuppkoppling även när jag testar med både wifi och 4g. Gett upp på att försöka få det att funka nu. Appen är bra när den väl funkar.

If I'm not logged in, hashtags work and give me lots of matches. But if I'm logged in, it's shown "there's nothing here". Laggy app.
