I can’t go thru the last 3/3 step when I tap “no thanks” or “ok cool”

I tried to sign up with Google account. In the last step of entering the password, I did not receive a response from the server, and I tried running the app again. In the step of entering the phone number, I was notified to try to log in because I was already a member of the subscription. When I tried to log in, the password was not correct. I tried to find the password but I didn't get any email. I tried again from start, and after a few iterations I got a 24 hour account ban. Unfortunately, I couldn't even confirm that my account was signed up normally until the end.

my purchase history is suddenly gone. cannot check anywhere??

i use this as a kpop fan to buy or trade kpop merch, but it gets so annoying when you cannot find anything because people tag every single group they can think of in their captions "for exposure". if im looking up loona, i dont want to see your crusty male idols!!!!!!!!! i only want to see loona!!! i've complained to depop about this several times but nothing has changed so i'm just deleting the app. 🙃 whats the point in having it if i cant even find the general category of what im looking for.

they’ve keep changing the app it’s so hard to keep up with where everything is. also the app crashes a lot and is so slow 😭

The app is great has good clothing just that I would love to use the app if my suspension is taken away.

I order something u cannot find my account to see what I ordered no confirmation nothing

I have been a seller since 2022 on 4 different platforms, and depop has by far been the worst app i have used. When it comes to support, technical issues, shipping issues, etc. Best believe depop comes with it all! You can even get your account suspended for copywright infringement (on photos you took yourself!) and be locked out of your account with no funds even after shipping out the orders! This app has been a living nightmare and when this happens there is no email to reach out to or support via the app, so have fun trying to navigate & even get those funds back when you do contact them! ☺️

I hate this app. I am in debt because this disgusting elusive and vile app. They suspended me for reason no then kept emailing me to refund buyers and when said I can not because I am suspended they took 400 dollars from my account. Because of this I can not pay rent and my children are always hungry. I promise to anybody who is seeing this you will be better off just deleting the app then then trying to make money. I hate Depop.
