The app for the phone works fine but when you want to use it on your laptop it’s rubbish, I have just opened an account and I can’t log onto my online banking via the laptop. I sent them a message on WhatsApp to tried to explain but they said I am wrong and everything is correct. Please fix this rubbish.
I cannot speak to anyone without having to input my card number. I cancelled the card months ago so do not have the card number any longer

Cinema 50% cashback was never received
New forced + application managed to erase all previous transfer history and transfer preparation. It is not good to be forced to use new apps which then expect you to add all transfer data again pointless waste of time.
Unfriendly app in which the updated version should be easier to use and not confusing

Credit card is not linked to new app!
Powerful functions, Poor structure , wipes out all your previous history, beneficiaries, you have to re enter all accounts in iban format including intra bank
