Very Slow and Unresponsive
This app, while useful when it works, its highly unreliable. It constantly logs me out and most of the time flat out doesn’t load anything and I am left SOL.

The EnergyAustralia app empowers you to take control of your electricity and gas accounts. Using the same login as EnergyAustralia’s ‘My Account’ portal, you’ll easily manage your payments and personal details, while monitoring your energy usage to help keep your bills down.
MANAGE BILLS AND PAYMENTS
· View your current bill, payment details, amount due and any discounts you receive.
· View your billing and payment history.
· Easily and securely pay your bills.
· Set up and manage your direct debit.
· Request a payment extension on your bill, if eligible.
· See if you could save money on another energy plan.
· Choose to receive a push notification when your latest bill arrives.
MONITOR ELECTRICITY USAGE
· If you’re an electricity customer with a smart meter, you can monitor your energy consumption at a glance with the customisable usage graph.
· View your gas and electricity usage history.
· If you're a solar customer, you can see how much electricity you sold back to the grid.
· Overlay temperature data.
· See how your electricity usage patterns compare to the same time last year.
ACTIVITY FEED
· See a timeline of all your digital interactions with EnergyAustralia
· See when you received or paid a bill, direct debit or instalment
· See when and how you updated any of your account details
· Know when you're overdue
· Know when you updated your credit card
· Find out about upcoming rate changes or any other relevant announcements
MANAGE ACCOUNT DETAILS
· No need to call us to update your details.
· Easily edit contact and account details.
· Choose to offset 100% of your carbon emissions generated by your household energy usage.
· Update billing preferences.

Can’t log in
Over the past couple months, the app doesn’t log in. Input log in details and the screen becomes stuck loading. Refresh leads you to the log in input details page again - terrible. The online website I equally as bad, as it won’t allow you to download bills!
Worst energy app ever
This app is terrible. I switched from another energy company (they had a great real time app) …… this app is days behind, you can’t see your energy plan and it takes days for the bill to surface. Can’t wait to switch.
Disappointing
The app is very slow, user interface isn’t as good as others but my biggest issue with it is that since changing my solar plan i am no longer able to see how much I am selling back to the grid and what my credit is! Please fix this asap, I have already called and made a complaint over a month ago, was told this is a known issue and is being worked on but when exactly when will it be fixed?
Useless for monitoring usage
What’s the use of daily usage stats without the TOU data?!
Meter updates
Seeing as your billing is always inaccurate due to the multiple estimates because your meter reader is incapable of ringing a doorbell I suggest you add an automated feature using the phone camera to your app!

1. Application is worst. No update, no bills. - 0 2. Expensive cost - 0 3. Operations so slowly life working : 0 4. Problem resolve for customers : 0 I’ve ever had a gas bill, they charged me 910$ as a bill. It’s too much and they said that they gonna revised bill and sent to my email. Before that asked me to took meters pics and sent to them and uploaded another account while i was working in the office. Until now i’m still waiting for revised my gas bill since 29JAN and now 1 MAR 👍🏻
Impractical, slow and unresponsive
This app is definitely considered one of the slowest app I have encountered. Always flashing errors on their page, login takes minutes to load and get accepted. The functionality and reliability are non existent.
Yet again password doesn’t work
Useless App means Useless company. Time to change‼️
20th century app 😬
Why on earth is this app still relying on a password to log in? Honestly guys, get with it and start using BIOMETRICS to open the app - nobody remembers passwords anymore! 🤯
