Eurail/Interrail Rail Planner

It used to work ok. Now it every time asks for the phone password, sometimes disabling the keyboard, making it impossible to type and having to restart the app. It also sets the brightness to max for showing ticket (which is ok), but not readjusting when exiting the ticket section (you have to manually readjust the brightness). Also, there’s no possibility to add older passes, to keep track of previous journeys. Please fix these…

Bv. de treinverbinding EC56 tussen Brussel en Parijs (die slechts op bepaalde dagen rijdt) blijft onzichtbaar. Dat is een rechtstreekse treinverbinding. Soms valt de app gewoon uit en is de hele voorbereide trio verdwenen. Na wat heropstarten komt dat wel terug maar het is vervelend. Als men met drie personen reist zou het ook makkelijk zijn om de trip te kunnen delen.

Werkt perfect. Enorm tevreden!

IMPOSSIBLE de se connecter

Incorporating your pass and finding out where your QR code is isn’t straightforward to say the least. Booking seat reservations isn’t possible on the app, so why even bother having an app? The website is one big malfunction on its own. Expected a clean and easy travel for the €300 I paid… Only got stressed out in return. DO NOT RECOMMEND

Journeys disappear, then reappear but tickets don’t show, … I hope all these bugs will be fixed before I start travelling

Avoid at all cost. Added 310 euros (7 days ticket) to my phone, linked to my trip days before. On the big day, just before boarding the trip, the ticket disappears from the phone. Had to buy a 50 euros ticket last minute. Interrail knows about this problem for months, see the reviews, but they will gladly take your hard earned money in return for nothing. Cannot contact customer service by phone (found a number in norway where they keep you inwaiting forever). Contacted by mail. Will avoid in the future, as you should.

The app is really buggy because my mobile pass keeps disappearing from the app. It’s really annoying when you have to show your pass to the inspectors.

Good application but it happened twice to me that when trying to show the ticket to the inspector the app doesn’t show any pass. I had to restart it or update it multiple times. The ticket is not missing but it can not be shown, as if no pass where added. Very annoying and you have to make the inspector wait for it to automatically appear, sometimes longer than 5 minutes. Please fix that bug.
