It is incredible counter intuitive for users and for you too as developers. I still give 4 stars cause the app works quite well

Complicata. Poco intuitiva. Calcola male i giorni di viaggio. Non si può usare contemporaneamente su 2 dispositivi differenti. In teoria si dovrebbe poter prenotare i posti a sedere direttamente da app. In realtà non si riesce. A posteriori non lo rifarei. Risparmio poco, sbattimento tantissimo. Oltre a quanto già segnalato sopra, raccomando di fare molta attenzione che se si resta disconnessi per un po’ (tipicamente nei lunghi viaggi in treno ci sono ora di fila in cui il segnale è debole o assente) diventa necessario ri-loggarsi per recuperare i viaggi e i biglietti. A volte questo succede proprio quando arriva il controllore … Alla fine sarebbe stato molto più comodo, e non molto più costoso, fare l’acquisto delle singole tratte direttamente sui siti delle varie compagnie ferroviarie.

In alcune situazioni la app si resetta per colpa di bug non fa vedere il biglietto se tocchi l’itinerario riattivi il biglietto e anche se risulta scritto la tratta al controllo risulta non valido. In alcuni paesi può risultare un problema perchè i controllori non conoscono le modalitá di questo biglietto. (polonia)

Maybe is good if you take just regional trains… but if you have to book the seats is super complicated, I had to pay so much more and I had to buy a ticket twice to make the outbound trip work. In the train station they didn’t know how it work, it took them 1 hour to support me. At the end of all this mess if I bought single tickets I would have saved time and money

The app does what its says, I see people saying the app is hard to use or confusing, which I myself in the beginning had that feeling but once you understand how it works it’s pretty easy. The only thing I wish is that we would be able to buy our seat within the app that would make it absolutely perfect. 9/10

the app would be nice and easy to use, if it worked!! during my first week of interrail it stopped showing activated tickets every time I closed it, so I had to keep the app open for the whole train trips with the anxiety that my tickets could vanish every moment; then that problem was solved, I’m not sure if thanks to the costumer service or by itself, and now on my second week my pass disappeared and the only way to make it reappear was to add it again, which means it created a new trip and I now have to add all my trains again to that trip because the one I was using is now not connected to a pass anymore and I had literally every train I’ll have to take already saved there so I’ll have to do all that work another time; who knows what will happen next week? for the money that we’re paying and considering that there’s no way to have your tickets available if the app is not working this is really really really bad and it’s influencing the quality of my trip a lot

potrebbe avvertire quando viaggi dei treni su cui si è programmato di viaggiare vengono cambiati oppure alcune fermate vengono cambiare

The app has many problems: 1) it’s not intuitive to use; 2) it has many bugs, for example it cancels the trains you add to your trip and it doesn’t show the ticket; 3) you can’t reserve the seats on the app but you need to go on the eurail site that is really slow and also bugs frequently; 4) I’ve tried to contact them to ask for help and they’ve answered only after 4 days saying they have many requests and that they’ll help me as soon as possible, while I’m on my interrail with the pass not working

Sono quasi arrivato al punto di chiedere il rimborso a causa dell’app. Orari, tratte e prezzi dei treni non combaciano con quelli dati dal sito di Interrail su safari, molto più frequenti e con prezzi ragionevoli per riservare il posto a sedere (Barcellona-Valencia 65€ extra mi sembra un tantino esagerato, per fortuna prenotandolo da safari l’importo era di soli 6€).

Bin kurz davor meinen Urlaubsziel nicht zu erreichen und die 300€+300€ für unsere Interrail tickets umsonst gezahlt zu haben… versuchen die letzten Tage immer wieder unsere Sitzplatzreservierungen zu machen.. ohne Erfolg… die Seite funktioniert nicht, keine Telefonnummer an die man sich wenden kann, der Support antwortet nicht…
