GCash

Scam app. They take your money before verification and then reject to verify and refund. As a foreigner I registered, deposited money and then it required verification to use my money. Verification only for the residents. So I’m not able to verify. They reject to provide refund. Even they took my money easily without verification. Scam!

My ticket number is 77031978 . They can’t review and make verification of my profile for 3 weeks already after I provided for all documents they asked for

1. It’s not possible stop receiving their spam messages (sms and email). 2. There’s no support at all. They use biometrics, but they cannot verify you as their user. 3. Promo-promo-promo. Do you really think people like it? 4. If you want to retake your photo - start over 🙈 5. Does anyone like this app?

This was one of the worst support experience I have ever had in my life so far, I ordered Gcash mastercard to my apartment and paid for it more than 10 days ago (guys from lazada deliver heavy parcels just in a few days I am in Pampanga) after that I contacted the worst support ever, support guy who's name Raver D. has been reply to my messages very slowly, more than just 1 day, he has been asking questions that doesn't make any sense and in the end he closes my ticket saying my card has been delivered to Jonathan Banaag, but damn what's wrong with you? My name isn't Jonathan, isn't it obvious? I have been waiting for more than 10 days, I paid for the card in order you guys deliver my card to some stranger with all my personal information? really? and after all of that this guy closes my ticket as solved. After this you can make your own opinion about how your support works, and saying it was worst I didn't joke. And as it was your mistake I expect you to solve it ASAP, and how courier delivered my card without calling me a single time? how this works???

The way it works is they "send" you a verification code, however, if you are outside PH, you don't receive it. What's worse is I lodged a complaint and then they kept bouncing me to another person. Kept saying, we're doing everything we can. 8 months later and still not resolved. How incompetent can the team be? Embarrassing

Ewan ko bakit marami pa tumatangkilik sa Gcash na to. Sobrang hassle, kala mo safe ung apps at hindi nananakawan ung mga consumer kung makapag higpit ng requirements eh. Like mas mahigpit pa tong gcash na to sa Australia haha

I noticed lately that every time there’s an update, I need to go thru all account verification to be able to login to my GCash account again. And sometimes, it takes sooooo long for the OTP to be received on my phone. You’re making it sooooo frustrating for everyone just to login and check. It’s like in every update, you’re hoping GCash account holders won’t be able to login to their accounts so whatever amount (especially the big ones) in those accounts will be yours??? Just wondering…. 🤔🤔🤔

This new update are totally suck. Only in the Philippines. Should give a user an option to use a PIN code or Face ID. As not everyone has a good phone to scan your face. Please consider other users.

I open GCash before Covid deposited a large amount of funds then got locked out of Phillipines because of Covid. Globe carrier cut my service my wallet is unavailable by email.. Cannot retrieve any of the funds and my account is being closed next month because rules change you need to have valid Philippine ID to verify the account

Too much hustle to use this app, especially when you are based in another country. The monthly update and otp. Poor app
