Glad to find it. Very good one!
The program is excellent, but listened episodes are either not checked off after initial playback or later become "unchecked," making it difficult to track progress. I resorted to using the "mark as favorite" feature to indicate episodes I'd listened to, but I hope an update fixes this issue.
I like the approach of building the skills of meditation and mindfulness.
I just started yesterday and found this app to be the best so far, I will update after a few weeks.
A free meditation and mindfulness app that is a non-profit! The content is amazing and I’m excited to be on this journey. I will donate to support the non-profit for sure. Lots of content and a curated guide for learning. Get this app you won’t be disappointed!

I have tried so many mindfulness apps over the years: Insight Timer, Heapspace, Calm, DARE, some of which I have paid for and, honestly, I have not seen the same results using these apps as I am seeing using Healthy Minds Program. And it’s free on top of that! I listen to one of their lessons or meditations every night right before bed and sometimes I fall asleep with my earphones still plugged in and I wake up feeling refreshed and hopeful about the future finally. My anxiety and panic have calmed down a lot, for the first time in many years I feel empowered about my mental health and it makes me feel more in control of my health. What I mean by that is I know now that if I am proactive about my mental health, like I do a session of yoga and do a meditation daily, then my mind will be relatively calmer for the rest of the day than without those moments of mindfulness. I feel hopeful that I can one day feel better. Thank you so much to the developers of this app and particularly for making it free. It’s totally a godsend for me.
I’ve got work and health stress. Been battling stress and anxiety my entire life. This free app has already helped in only a week. I’ve wanted a meditation practice and this got me started and I looke forward to it. Almost as good as the best therapist I had years ago for stress. Highly recommend.
