I’ve always been a fan of keeping fit and ensuring I maintained a varied fitness program covering strength and cardio. When I got pregnant I had no idea how to adapt my existing workouts so signed up to this app and it most definitely delivered! I carried on doing the sessions into week 41 of my pregnancy and because I had kept up my fitness, I was able to start the 4th trimester sessions just 4 days after giving birth and it felt great! I would definitely recommend signing up if you are new to exercise or if you want to maintain your fitness levels whilst pregnant. I will probably extend my subscription for another year as I can easily fit it in whilst looking after my little one.

I signed up after seeing a bunch of Instagram adds - wasn’t convinced at first, but I eventually signed up. My initial thoughts, you get all this for that price????? My thought now after 4 weeks, this could be my long term training platform! Super easy to use, great workouts, fantastic variety, and all based on encyclopaedic knowledge of women! And that’s without the Facebook group support! If you want to find consistency, train just the right amount, break eating habits and reduce inflammation, or just don’t want to think about what to do for your daily exercise, this is the app for you! I highly recommend giving Nancy’s app a go.
Amazing
This app is easy to use/follow. Clear headings post you to workouts for each trimester. Suitable for all levels of fitness and alternatives given for everything no pressure to exercises not comfortable with. Advice on diet and breathing techniques also given.

I love follow-along workout vids - it makes it so much easier to just get on with doing the whole workout as it’s being demo’d for you. Especially for a busy working, pregnant mama-to-be.
Also knowing I can trust the exercises through all stages of pregnancy, it’s taken me ages to find something like this that fits my lifestyle so well and how I like to work out. I’m 22 weeks and wish I’d found this app months ago!! It’s easy to use too & the community vibe is fab. Soo glad I found you guys! 💕💪🔥
Good contents and a 5 star advice, but hard to navigate
App has amazing contents and takes you though various stages of motherhood with appropriate exercise routines suggested.
The app is more suited for desktop viewing or TV. There’s a lot of good contents, but it is sometimes hard to navigate.
Also found it hard to connect this to TV.
