Got me through my pregnancy and beyond!

I’ve always been a fan of keeping fit and ensuring I maintained a varied fitness program covering strength and cardio. When I got pregnant I had no idea how to adapt my existing workouts so signed up to this app and it most definitely delivered! I carried on doing the sessions into week 41 of my pregnancy and because I had kept up my fitness, I was able to start the 4th trimester sessions just 4 days after giving birth and it felt great! I would definitely recommend signing up if you are new to exercise or if you want to maintain your fitness levels whilst pregnant. I will probably extend my subscription for another year as I can easily fit it in whilst looking after my little one.

I signed up after seeing a bunch of Instagram adds - wasn’t convinced at first, but I eventually signed up. My initial thoughts, you get all this for that price????? My thought now after 4 weeks, this could be my long term training platform! Super easy to use, great workouts, fantastic variety, and all based on encyclopaedic knowledge of women! And that’s without the Facebook group support! If you want to find consistency, train just the right amount, break eating habits and reduce inflammation, or just don’t want to think about what to do for your daily exercise, this is the app for you! I highly recommend giving Nancy’s app a go.

This app is easy to use/follow. Clear headings post you to workouts for each trimester. Suitable for all levels of fitness and alternatives given for everything no pressure to exercises not comfortable with. Advice on diet and breathing techniques also given.

I love follow-along workout vids - it makes it so much easier to just get on with doing the whole workout as it’s being demo’d for you. Especially for a busy working, pregnant mama-to-be. Also knowing I can trust the exercises through all stages of pregnancy, it’s taken me ages to find something like this that fits my lifestyle so well and how I like to work out. I’m 22 weeks and wish I’d found this app months ago!! It’s easy to use too & the community vibe is fab. Soo glad I found you guys! 💕💪🔥

Good contents and a 5 star advice, but hard to navigate

App has amazing contents and takes you though various stages of motherhood with appropriate exercise routines suggested. The app is more suited for desktop viewing or TV. There’s a lot of good contents, but it is sometimes hard to navigate. Also found it hard to connect this to TV.

I LOVE MYB!!!! The coaches are all so positive and even meet with us live from time to time! This is my first pregnancy, but I haven’t felt alone thanks to the MYB coaches. Especially considering most of them are pregnant in the follow along videos; it makes me feel like we’re all in this together to keep ourselves and our baby healthy throughout our pregnancy. 💕

Best pregnancy workouts I’ve found so far!

As someone who likes to lift heavy when I’m not pregnant, I’ve been disappointed in the past with other programs that felt “weak” or too easy. These workouts have given me a challenge every time and I’ve barely missed a day! I’ve been getting in a mile and a half on the treadmill at least twice a week. I love it 🥰

I would 100% recommend Move Your Bump. The app has so much content and workouts available it is almost unbelievable for the price. I was doing some free prenatal workout programs but decided to try this and have not been disappointed. There are a variety of workout types and programs for varying fitness/athletic levels, for each trimester. Every workout I have done I have been surprised at how thoroughly they have been programmed. I feel safe doing the workouts and each workout gives the opportunity to push yourself or bring down the intensity depending on how you are feeling, which is so helpful when you never know how you will wake up feeling during pregnancy. I had a personal trainer for a year and even though I am pregnant I can see and feel progress that I never felt with my trainer. The core and pelvic floor workouts alone would make subscribing to this app worth it. There are challenges included in the subscription at no additional cost which give the opportunity to follow a more structured plan and encourage accountability. There is so much included in this app that I haven’t even been able to really get into everything, such as yoga, Pilates, nutrition plans, labor and delivery education/prep, it goes on! What surprised me the most was the coach support and the community vibe. Coaches are available and willing to answer questions about workouts or help with making suggestions on moves that may be difficult or uncomfortable. The coaches seem to truly care about our comfort and progress and are so positive and encouraging. Honestly I would consider using this app even if I wasn’t pregnant as I have been more committed to my workouts and really putting in the work than in other non-pregnant times of my fitness life.

Where do I even start! This group of women is absolutely amazing. The workouts are hard but fast. Makes it easy to get them in! They have thought of it all. They have workouts for core, pelvic floor, beginner, advanced, yoga. The list goes on! I am 27 weeks with my second and have been so grateful to have these workouts and the guidance of the coaches. I used other pregnancy based workouts my first pregnancy and truly nothing compares to what you get with this one. They are very quick to respond with any questions or challenges. 5/5 recommend this program!!
