Overall good app but would be really great if it would let the user know that the solar system went off. The automatic fuse of the solar system is very sensitive and often switches off because of spikes in the electric grid. As a result the solar system doesn’t produce and sell power to the grid. This may last unnoticed for days unless the user goes to Mysolaredge app daily and checks the status manually. Please improve the app so that it can send push-up notification if the solar system is not operational.

Na de update kan ik niet meer inloggen. Blijkbaar is de update niet van tevoren getest.

SolarEdge zet de toon in zonnepanelen land met een prima App. De uptime van de SolarEdge servers is grandioos. Ook de vele instel mogelijkheden zijn perfect om ongestoord te kunnen genieten van de opbrengst.

Weer login gegevens kwijt na update, zo moeilijk is dat toch niet?

Veld aanvullende kosten bij importtariefplan valt buiten het scherm. Niet te zien welk bedrag er staat

Na de laatste update kan ik niet meer inloggen in de app. Hij blijft terugkeren naar het inlogscherm.

Er zat een bug in de negatieve tariefoptimalisatie. Maar die is inmiddels opgelost. Super functionaliteit!

Na de app update van vorige week en gisteren is het invulveld (negatieve procesoptimalisatie) aanvullende kosten niet meer zichtbaar op mijn telefoon scherm. Valt er net buiten.
