Overall good app but would be really great if it would let the user know that the solar system went off. The automatic fuse of the solar system is very sensitive and often switches off because of spikes in the electric grid. As a result the solar system doesn’t produce and sell power to the grid. This may last unnoticed for days unless the user goes to Mysolaredge app daily and checks the status manually. Please improve the app so that it can send push-up notification if the solar system is not operational.

The APP has a 2 hours delay! I don’t know how much power I have in the battery in real time. And it’s very confusing. The one before was easy to read and more accurate. You need to do something rush!

THE ENERGY EXPORT CONFIGURATION NEEDS TO BE AVAILABLE FOR THE HOME OWNERS NOT VIA INSTALLER!!

The app performs as advertised. There is a need for options to view more performance data. For example, add real-time display of each panel’s power output (watts) in the physical display. That way I could tell which panels might be either in shade or more importantly fully or partially covered with snow. Also, it would helpful to be able to export historical data (with start and end date options) in excel format. I don’t have the Solar Edge meter so I can’t review the consumption features.

I noticed on both my IOS devices that in the Files area is a mySolaredge folder with what appears to be debug log files. I can find no way to disable this in the app itself. So the app just continually logs to them. I doubt this debug is meant to be running all the time but it should either be off by default or allow the end user a chance to disable.

Why is this app writing large debug information to my mobile device?

The app is just like the phone app. The only thing is the widget is pretty iffy. I tried using the Large widget, but the daily production is always flatlined. I checked the app and it’s displaying correctly. No idea why the widget isn’t reflecting the same thing.

The previous version was much easier to use as well as understand. Your latest iteration - which updated 4 days ago - requires a Login and the previous display charts are not available. Is there any way that I can go back to the previous version?

It’s been 2 weeks since I last saw my solar monitoring system working. I tried numerous times to reset password and got nothing, not even in the spam folder. After several frustrating days, Today I contacted my solaredge and was told to update my application and after that I should be able to login. I made the update, but still not able to get access. This is Beyond frustrating!

I can login on the website. I see my name and address on the old app, although I’m directed to this one. It was working fine before the last update. Same credentials. I’m not on site; support demands I go scan my serial number. Support email rejected by the SolarEdge postmaster. Somewhat irritated.
