Price line was selling an luxury hotel NH hotel in Salamanca / Spain that doesn’t exist anymore. We had to check in a cheaper hotel without any compensation ! We tried to get help on line but they put us off !!! No help whatsoever. I have all the conversation photographed for all the proof. Never order with Priceline.
3rd party that take no accountability for screw ups Do what ever it takes to avoid this service Costumer service is mostly about throwing blame at others

This app/website have a map option to choose location, but the hotel I booked is not at all where priceline said, and when I contacted the priceline support they are just replying with general template answers and not looking into the issue. Now I will be in an hotel in loation different than what I wanted. Be aware!!!
Easy to use
Terrible customer service and terrible service. Out reservation was not submitted. We have still not received our refund. Thats theft!

Worst customer service In the moment u got charged priceline don't care if u got the room or if the reservation the sent the hotel is confirmed. I got charged for a resignation the hotel didn't accept and I had to pay to priceline for the room and to the hotel, I paid double and I called priceline and got not real answer just that there is nothing to do.
