Booked an express deal, it was at clarion McAllen, the room was supposed to be a 3 star hotel, mold at the mattresses, falling curtains, paint falling from the ceiling, no lights, locks not working, I requested another room and it was even worst, contacted customer service multiple times, and the answer from Melanie E , was that they could do a refund, even after looking at the pictures. Look for other options, since they don’t review the hotels and rely only of pictures submitted by the hotels that are a complete scam.

Rente un coche en california mediante la app, me requirió un anticipo del 50%y el resto se suponía lo pagaría al llegar al lugar de la renta del coche, en el lugar me cobraban mas de 3 veces la cantidad que según la app quedaba pendiente. el atc solo me dirigió a que todo ya era en el lugar, por lo tanto tenia q cubrir el monto q me indicaban. Arruinaron mis vacaciones.

I MADE A BOOK ON THE APP AND WHEN I SHOW UP TO THE FRONT DESK, THEY TOLD ME THAT THERE WAS NOT RESERVATION IN THEIR SIYTEM AND THEY COULD NOT ACCEPT ME BECAUSE THEY WERE SOLD OUT!! THEY KINDLY CALL PRICELINE AND TELL THEM THE SITUATION AND NOTHING COULD SOLVE AND HE ASK THEM TO TALK TO ME AND THEY REFUSED TELLIN HIM THEY WILL CONTACT ME LATER ... MEANWHILE I DON’T HAVE ANY PLACE TO STAY AND IS MORE THAN MIDNIGHT... AND THEY ALREADY CHARGE ME FOR THE 4 NIGHTS...!!! Hice una reservación por 4 noches y al presentarme al hotel en la recepción me dijeron que no tenían en el sistema ninguna reservación a mi nombre, el administrador del hotel se porto amable y trato de contactarme con Priceline pero ellos no quisieron hablar conmigo... dijeron que se contactarían más tarde conmigo y no tengo donde dormir ahora, y ellos ya me cobraron desde haces horas el total de las 4 noches.
