Credit card didn’t go through
I tried 6 times and finally it went through! Lousy app!
they dont follow their cancellation policy and no refund
trip#26053948516 Cancellation policy: Any cancellation received within 1 day prior to arrival date will incur the first night charge. I filed cancellation one day before the check in day, however, Priceline does not follow their cancellation policy, and replied me they are non-refundable. As stated below. Worst booking company ever. Reply from Priceline“We understand that you are requesting to cancel the reservation due to medical reasons. We contacted the hotel regarding your request; however, they were not able to make an exception to the cancellation policy. Therefore, your reservation remains non-refundable.”

It's so annoying to have to explain to hotels that this app doesn't allow you to control the number of guests in my party. I really wish I could use it more.
