PRICELINE Came to Virginia for a family trip and booked a stay in “Extended Stay”. This place is the worst, it’s filthy, it’s gross, just disgusting. Booked it for 12 nights and didn’t even bother to lose the money just to get out of there. Spent the worst two nights ever. They don’t even make your bed. Towels with holes, cigarettes holes (even tho it was non smokers room), dirty drawers, Also, weird/kind of dangerous happened… got to the hotel and a car with two people inside were waiting for someone, two hours later heard people fighting and cursing outside. Not a fun experience, definitely. Booked it through Priceline, so I called to see what options did I had. NONE. That’s what they said. They offered a 15% discount coupon so i agreed because I needed to get out of there ASAP. When the coupon arrived it was an “express coupon” that I couldn’t use immediately. So I got nothing. Called again hoping they could give a hand and not loosing 1000 bucks, but nothing. They told me I had to speak directly to Extended Stay and they had to contact Priceline, and of course they were not willing to do that. There are many other booking sites that offer more help or you can actually cancel if the place is just BAD, so I would recommend going with those. Don’t use Priceline.

El app no te permitever claramente que reservas tienes de autos al menos, por lo que si reservas varios de "free cancellation" Es confuso.

Always shop around on other apps but always faithful Priceline delivers the best deals!

We have been trying to figure out our flight situation for almost 5 hours (mainly on hold) just for employees (supervisors) to hang up on us when they were getting frustrated. We kept getting transferred all around with no help it’s now 8:00 pm with 7 days till my flight and not another flight booked since it was cancelled. We have now had to give up and try in the morning since there was “no” managers around to talk.

The discounted rate came when I needed it most. Much appreciation!
