You get great deals from Priceline!
Don’t trust them
I booked tickets 3 from Martinique to France (Paris) and 3 from Paris to Cape Town. Chose dates submitted and paid a few thousand dollars. Got confirmation then two days later I want to print the tickets and the system says my tickets have been cancelled. They have my money so I am trying to get it back now for a day with no feedback whatsoever. Flights still available on the web and through other agencies but can’t buy until I get my refund. Extremely unprofessional as they have not bothered to respond to my basic email and to ask them to just give me my tickets. Sounds like fraud to me. Peter Keitzman

Customer service
We have been trying to figure out our flight situation for almost 5 hours (mainly on hold) just for employees (supervisors) to hang up on us when they were getting frustrated. We kept getting transferred all around with no help it’s now 8:00 pm with 7 days till my flight and not another flight booked since it was cancelled. We have now had to give up and try in the morning since there was “no” managers around to talk.
