You are wasting hungry customer’s time by having to deal with this flawed app that encounters errors during payment method. That despite having access to the store’s wifi. Poor app, spare us from the trouble and cease this nonsense.

SM MOA branch, ordered via contactless and paid with GCash before the other 2 group of guests, however they served the rest who ordered after me, thru the staffs. I have to wait for an hour for my meal. Please look into it.

It ask too many UNNECESSARY permission. Has no option to delete account. People wants to delete their account if in the event they do not like the app.

I thought it was part of the store but You had to top up

Accidentally doubled the creation of my account. Email Address A already registered with my current number. Forgot the 1st account and have to create another one. Using the same Number, was not able to complete my details since you can only use one number per account. With that, I cannot proceed to order using contactless process.

I ordered yesterday, December 29, 2023 4PM and i paid via gcash, i got an Order Received message in SMS i can also track that status in app. I waited for 2 hours and the status did not change, i tried to call the number in the fb page to check the status in the restaurant but its not available!! I cancelled it but I didnt get the refund!!! I tried to message the fb page but did not receive any reply and got seenzoned! Scammer app!!

Longer waiting time. Tried using it but still manually confirmed the order at the cashier which took 15mins. before we knew, and they had just started to prepare the food

Tried the Contactless Dining in SM Manila Branch. I got three items in my order and the serving time was 2x longer than the usual manner of ordering. When one of my orders got served, the order was already tagged as Completed although the other items were not served yet. Had to make a follow up with the crew. Sigh.

It took an hour for my order to be delivered and received the ramen cold, as in frozen soup and cold noodles. They should’ve put a note that they’re delivering the ramen frozen.

The app will ask you to order and then pay online. They said you’ll get 25-peso discount pero wala tlga, you pay the same amount. Tapos, since nakabayad ka na and hindi makacancel, maghihintay ka kahit na 40 mins na wala pa yung food mo. No refund no cancellation. So yeah, don’t use this app at all
