Charged my credit card after I canceled subscription. Even offered a come back $59 year.
WORTH IT.
I (30F) drank about 6-9 drinks a week before downloading this app. I had drank heavily in the recent past and had tried many times to quit altogether, but I couldn’t. I was stuck with this feeling that I wouldn’t “fit in” with colleagues, friends, family, etc if I quit drinking. This app works… I did a 30 day trial, successfully cut out alcohol. A few days after the trial ended, I started drinking again… Fed up with alcohol, I paid for the annual subscription. I used the app daily for the first 3 or 4 months. Then not drinking became my new normal. I have now been alcohol free for over 1 year. I’m happier and healthier than ever. I highly recommend this app!
Life changing, truly
This app and community has TRULY been life changing for me. I can’t believe I took a chance and downloaded the app, did the free trial, and ZERO regrets and have happily paid for the next 12 months because of how blown away I am by Reframe. The app content, the community, zoom meetings, coaches, fellow reframers, everything- I have become the best version of myself because of all the above supporting and facilitating me every step of the way! Took a chance and boy did it work out for me! You get this one life, if you’re on the fence, there’s really no reason not to *try* and just see what it’s about!

Charged me a 100 dollars when I opted for the free option not the subscription, now have to fight to get my money back.
Life-changing
If you need motivation to quit and a way to stay accountable to yourself! get this incredibly well-designed app. Alcohol is so fun, until it isn't. It's just poison and our society does everything possible to tell you it isn't. Having this app to go to when you're feeling weak or alone in the process is fantastic.
I’m so glad I found this app
I have been wanting to cut back on alcohol and have tried before. I was in a rut and it was a habit. Reframe helped me to understand the impact alcohol gas on my brain. The quick reading and daily activities helped me to understand why I have cravings. It also helped me to improve mindfulness. I’m on day 53 now. I went from being a 2 glass daily drinker to 1 glass a week.
Reframe works
I am enjoying learning about how alcohol effects the entire body beyond the mind. I know this app has helped others and now me. I love attending the zoom meetings. I have the tools I need to reframe my mind.
